Iynventory is the creative illustration practice of Mardhian Pratama, an illustrator who intricately explores the mechanics of space, density, and visual interaction. Applying his architectural background to a 2D canvas, he constructs complex isometric ecosystems rather than single images, heavily influenced by the wimmelbilder genre, early memories of playing hidden object games, and densely detailed comics. Through Iynventory, every environment serves as a meticulously structured "Space" designed to be navigated and uncovered. Wandering through these crowded landscapes is his signature character, "Dob" a curious figure with an elongated head and no nose who travels from one realm to another in search of a place that truly fits. Believing himself to be entirely unique until he confronts the irony that everyone else is unique in their own way, Dob's ongoing journey mirrors a broader narrative about identity and belonging, inviting audiences to step in, explore, and discover the myriad of micro-stories hidden within every frame.
